My Role

As the Strategic User Experience consultant in Aviva’s bid and proposal process, my role was pivotal in ensuring that every stage of the process—from early engagement and qualification through proposition development, bid submission, and post-tender review—was designed around the needs and expectations of both the business partners and their end customers.

I worked closely with cross-functional teams to shape seamless, intuitive customer journeys, contributed to the consolidation of product portfolios for a unified experience, and championed innovative approaches in proposition, distribution, and servicing. My expertise helped differentiate Aviva’s offerings in a competitive market, ensuring that user-centric design principles were embedded in every proposal, ultimately supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and the delivery of a compelling, full-service proposition to strategic partners.

The Work

I helped deliver seamless integrated solutions to the Partner Account Teams and worked directly with Partners to review and advise on online and offline strategies to promote the partner products. I also provided digital design assets, based on the UX work I had completed for a Promotional Video for the Aviva - HSBC Partnership
